Welcome to the Baleia.dev community! These Terms of Use govern your access to and participation in our community, including our Discord server, social media, website, and any other platforms or services we offer (collectively, the "Community"). 1. Purpose of the Community

• Security: Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts of other members. Do not distribute viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

The Baleia.dev moderation team reserves the right to:

• Issue warnings, suspend, or ban users who disregard the rules of conduct, at the sole discretion of the team.
• Terminate any user's access to the Community at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post or share in the Community. By posting content, you grant Baleia.dev a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt your content within the scope of the Community.

5. Links to Third Parties

The Community may contain links to third-party websites or services. Baleia.dev does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these websites or services. Your use of third-party websites is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Community will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of the district of São Paulo, Brazil.
